  • All reservations are made through our online booking system. A confirmed reservation is required prior to pickup.

  • Yes. All trailers are inspected prior to each rental. Renters are also responsible for performing a walk-around inspection at pickup and reporting any concerns before departure.

  • Late returns are subject to additional charges. Failure to return at the agreed time may impact future reservations and availability.

  • Absolutely. Our trailers are perfect for long-distance transport, car shows, track days, and relocation needs. Out of state trips must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved in advance.

  • Tie-down equipment availability may vary. Renters are responsible for ensuring their load is properly secured in accordance with state and federal regulations.

  • Yes, due to insurance restrictions, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

  • Cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If cancellation is made with less that 24 hours until scheduled pickup time, you will be charged for a one day rental fee.

  • Your vehicle must have the proper towing capacity, hitch, and wiring connection. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle is properly equipped, contact us and we’ll help you confirm.

    At each trailer is rated up to 10k lbs, you must have a ¾ ton truck (250/2500) or larger. Some full size SUVs may have the capacity as well. Reach out to confirm your vehicle capacity before booking.

  • A 2 5/16" hitch ball is required. Your hitch and tow setup must be rated for at least 10,000 lbs. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle and hitch meet or exceed this rating.

  • Yes. A fully functioning trailer brake controller is required. Your vehicle must also have a working electrical connection capable of operating trailer brakes and all lighting. Trailers will not be released without proper brake control capability.

  • Yes. Our car haulers are designed to help safely load and transport lowered vehicles. Proper loading techniques must still be followed by the renter.

  • A valid driver’s license is required at pickup. Proof of current vehicle insurance is also required.

  • Yes, a refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. We understand there will be normal wear and tear and the trailer is used. The damage deposit is for items outside normal wear and tear. Physical damage to the trailer must be reported immediately. We will assess the damage and work to figure out the steps moving forward.
